Actively Submitted Data:

If you call us, email us, or submit information through our website, we use that information solely to respond to your inquiry, process orders, and provide our services.

For 3D printing services, clients may submit digital design files, including but not limited to STL, STEP, and OBJ formats. These files are used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the requested print job.

We do not retain client-submitted printing files longer than necessary. Files are routinely deleted following completion of the print job, subject to operational requirements such as active production workflows and temporary storage systems.

While we take reasonable steps to remove files from our systems, deletion may not be immediate and residual copies may persist temporarily in backups or system caches. We do not guarantee long-term storage or retrieval of submitted files.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of all submitted files. We are not liable for any loss, deletion, or inability to retrieve files once submitted.

We do not use, share, or distribute client-submitted files for any purpose other than fulfilling the requested service, unless explicitly authorized by the client.
